Worth all the fiddly bits though. If you do plan to make this (and why wouldn’t you) ensure that you don’t fix the safety eyes until you have done a few rows of the back of the body first. The head and body are one piece so this will enable you to position them correctly, you will notice that mine is slightly off even though I wanted its appearance to be looking down to her baby.
Wings – stitch count is essential to making the wings symmetrical once fixed to the body, you will notice if it is a stitch or two out.
I do love her though and must do her cygnet soon, watch this space.
